Help for RTG casino games

rtg casino games

Below you can find some tips, hints, rules and strategies for various RTG casino games.

Baccarat
Six decks of cards are used in this game with a nine to one payoff for a tie. On a banker bet 1.06 percent is the house edge, and on a player bet it is 1.24 percent; while on a tie wager the house edge is 4.93 percent. Always place bets in increments of five dollars on the banker because the banker bet is rounded down to the closest quarter, with a five percent commission fee on the banker bet.
Blackjack
Rules:
  • The number of decks of cards is configurable
  • On soft seventeen the dealer hits
  • On any of the first two cards you can double
  • Following splitting you may double
  • You can split twice to three hands
  • Only if the dealer holds blackjack does the player lose the primary bet
Two decks of cards is the default number claimed by Real Time Gaming. Nevertheless, it is felt that the majority of casinos using this software try to increase this number. The identical card has appeared some three times on the screen occasionally. At other times the identical card appeared on the monitor twice and this was far more often than can be anticipated in game using two decks. Sadly, this significant aspect seems to have escaped the rules. The house edge is 0.58 percent when the assumption is that four decks are being used. See blackjack appendix 13 for further information on examining the number of decks in use.
See following tables of the basic strategy for Real Time Gaming casinos:
RTG blackjack strategy RTG blackjack strategy for 4-8 decks

H - Hit; S - Stand; D - Double if allowed, otherwise hit; Ds - Double if allowed, otherwise stand; P - split; R - Surrender if allowed, otherwise hit; Rp - Surrender if allowed, otherwise split; Rs - Surrender if allowed, otherwise stand.

Caribbean Poker
Real Time Gaming follows the usual U.S. pay table except a royal flush pays 200 instead of 100. This lowers the house edge from 5.22% to 5.21%.
Caribbean 21
0.19 percent is the house edge featured by Caribbean 21. Access the special section on Caribbean 21 for any further details on rulings and strategic planning.
Craps
It appears that the default is full double odds. You can get more than this from various other casinos. The player is able to bet nearly two and half times the line bet on points six and eight on the don’t side; and on all other twice as the line bets. Based on the winning sum, a four percent commission fee is incurred on every winning lay and buy bet. There are some unusual payoffs on offered place bets: on the four and ten - two to five, on the five and nine – three to five, and on the six and eight – just nine to twenty. The house edge on these bets is shown in the following list. To clear repeat bets and regular bets the game provides some useful buttons. You’re assisted in putting your bet in the correct place by hot boxes. Winning down to the closest quarter are rounded off.
  • 0.57 percent for combined pass, come and purchasing odds
  • 0.56 percent for combined don’t pass, don’t come and laying odds
  • 6.67 percent for placing to win on four, ten
  • 4.00 percent for placing to win on five, nine
  • 1.52 percent for placing to win on six, eight
  • 6.67 percent for placing to win on four, ten
  • 5.9 percent for placing to lose on five, nine
  • 20.91 percent for placing to lose on six, eight (wow!)
  • 2.67 percent for buying on four, ten
  • 2.40 percent for buying on five, nine
  • 2.18 percent for buying six, eight
  • 1.33 percent for laying on four, ten
  • 1.60 percent for laying on five, nine
  • 1.82 percent for laying on six, eight
Face Up 21
Double Exposure is the identical game to this one Face Up 21. Apart from the following specifications the standard rules are adhered to:
  • In this game eight decks are used
  • On soft seventeen the dealer hits
  • On hard nine, eleven solely you are permitted to double
  • After you split you are permitted to double
  • You can split to three hands
  • In this game you win with tied blackjacks
  • Seven pays forty to one when suited triple sevens against the dealer
0.85 percent is the house edge when keeping to these rules according to Stanford Wong of BJ Edge software.
Keno
This game is enjoyable to play and operates well with a ten spot quick pick using a button. Returns according to the amount of selected spots can be viewed on the chart.

Let ‘Em Ride
Let it Ride is the game which is identical to this one Let ‘ Em Ride. Conventional rules and pay table are the ones utilized. There is available to players a one dollar progressive side bet. For a flush, the side bet pays fifty dollars; for a full house, the side bet pays seventy five dollars; for a four of a kind, the side bet pays one hundred dollars; for a straight flush – ten percent of the meter; for a royal flush – one hundred percent of the meter. The last time the meter was checked it reached $1724.51 and 76.46 percent resulted in the house edge! To have no house edge at all, the meter would have to accumulate $263,205.
Match Play 21
Spanish 21 is the identical game to this one Match Play 21. The dealer has to hit a soft seventeen here and it’s not permitted to redouble. Apart from this the game adheres to the standard rules. The number of decks played here is not known as with other RTG blackjack games but it’s 0.76 percent if we can assume six decks are used.
Pai Gow Poker
The house edge is 2.86 percent and the dealer constantly serves as the banker.
Roulette
Wheels of the European and American types are available. While one zero serves the European wheel, two zeros serve the American wheel. On even money bets neither type remits half back if the ball falls on a zero. In order to make the last made bet again a button is accessible for this purpose.
Spanish 21
According to the following specifications Spanish 21 adheres to its own rules:
  • Eight decks of cards are used
  • On soft seventeen the dealer hits
  • Seven pays forty to one with a suited triple sevens against a dealer
0.81 percent is the house edge in adhering to these rules. You can view the appropriate strategy by studying the chart at the Spanish 21 section.
Super 21
The rules played here are identical to those of Super Fun 21 apart from the fact that eight decks of cards are used instead of one deck. At an approximate guess the house edge is 1.2 percent for an eight deck game.
Tri-Card Poker
Three Card Poker is identical to this game Tri-Card Poker with a pay table rather less generous. At the majority of casinos the Pairplus payoff has been reduced on a straight flush to thirty five to one from forty to one, and reduced the three of a kind to twenty five to one from thirty to one. In this way the house edge was raised to 4.58 percent from 2.32 percent. The bonus on the straight flush in Ante and Play rose from five to one to three to one, and from four to one to two to one in three of a kind, and so raising the house edge to 4.28 percent from 3.37 percent.
A slight improvement can be found at Grand Banks casino. With a straight flush at forty to one in Pairplus, making for a 3.49 percent house edge. On a straight flush they pay four to one in Ante and Play for a 3.83 percent house edge. Apart from that the rules are identical to those for other Real Time Gaming casino games.
Video Poker
The choice of video poker games at Real Time Gaming is quite immense. As the pay-tables differ from casino to casino they are configurable. That’s the reason why a listing of RTG video poker games is no longer maintained. For the majority of pay-table returns you can view the video poker section. Assuming you may come across an RTG casino which pays seven for a coin on a full house and a fifty thousand dollar jackpot for sequential royal with a maximum of coins wager in Joker Poker then you’ll find that you’ll have a 100.18 percent return. This default, however, is no longer being taken into consideration.
War
In this game conventional rules are use with one deck. 2.42 percent is the house edge; and this is lower than the six decks of cards with a 2.88 percent house edge.
